Vladimir Đukanović
Vladimir Đukanović was a head trader in Cirsio Capital LLC, a $250 million investment firm based in London. Before that Mr. Đukanović was a head trader for John Levin & Co. Europe, a New York based investment fund with over $11 billion under management. His career started as an analyst for JP Morgan Asset Management in New York City.

Vladimir spent there almost a decade and held the post of the head of equity derivatives and portfolio trading at JP Morgan Asset Management. He is also an active private investor. Mr. Đukanović is a freelance writer in his native Serbia mostly writing about economics and finance. Vladimir currently advises numerous progressive companies in the Balkan region whose goal is to reach global markets.

His novel Blistanje has seen three editions in less than one year. The next book about investing is coming out in fee months.

Erwin Voloder has been in the blockchain and digital asset sector since 2016, covering entrepreneurship, technical/academic consultancy and previous regulatory experience at EU level. He is a former economist with both the European Commission and European Central Bank.

Branko Petrović was first heard of in the world of cryptocurrencies when an independent study of the case broke down the evidence of one of the largest crypto disputes in Europe, weighing as much as 130 million euros. Dejan Mraković
Dejan is an Attorney At Law and a passionate tax advisor who served as a Deloitte Tax Partner in Deloitte Central Europe (South cluster) until recently.

He is an experienced international tax expert with 15 years in tax and legal advisory services market. Dejan participated in a number of projects (notable and recent specified below in detail) aimed at aligning Serbian legislation with the EU or modernization of Serbian Tax Authorities by way of benchmarking against the developed tax jurisdictions. Some of his career highlights:

1. Recently participated in a project for the Ministry of Finance financed by the World Bank (SER-SOFI-CQ-CS-21-31 – Consultancy services), performing an in depth local and comparative analysis and recommendations for improvement of tax legislation related to capital market in Serbia.

2. Successfully acted as an Expert for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in project Public Finance Reform (PFR) – 2030 Agenda, PN: 2017.2124.0 – 001.00, Consultancy services on E-Delivery Note – 83405366, where a team of consultants assisted in preliminary assessment of current state of delivery notes regime in Serbia and possibilities to introduce e-delivery notes.

3. Successfully finished a project designed to enhance the quality of the tax system in Serbia for the World Bank Group (Support to Enhancing the Quality of the Tax System in Serbia (P171755, TF0B0786).

4. Acted as a member of the Serbian Ministry of Finance Working Group for the reform of the Tax Authorities – 2018 – 2019 responsible for overall (normative and systematic) reform and modernization of the Tax Authorities.

5. Participated in design process and discussions related to implementation of all tax incentives programs in Serbia since 2018 including suggesting and drafting incentives for AIF-s and startups.
